What type of products do you offer ?
We offer a curated collection of home décor that leans toward a Vintage Modern Cottage Style. You will find a mix of new pieces as well found vintage & antique décor. And don’t forget about our small batch hand poured soy candles. They’re poured locally and a joy to the senses
Are all of your products genuine vintage & antique pieces?
While we carry a mix of genuine vintage and antique pieces, we also offer new products designed to capture the essence of our Vintage Modern Cottage Style. This allows us to provide both classic antiques and modern pieces that align with vintage-inspired decor. All “found” items will include the word vintage, antique, or found in the title.
What is your shipping and return policy?
Shipping Policy: All orders will ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing. Shipping within the Contiguous U.S. is FREE. Items are shipped via UPS and USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, once your order has been packed and processed.
Damages: In case of damage from shipping, please save the item and all packing materials, and email us at info@havenberryvintage.com. Please include your name, order number or tracking number and photos of the broken item and packaging.
Returns: Havenberry Vintage DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on the following items: discounted items, seasonal items, candles, items marked vintage, items marked antique, or items marked found. Vintage, antique, and found goods most often come with varying amounts of wear, and every effort is made to highlight that wear with photos and written descriptions. Please ask any questions before you purchase. We are happy to send additional photos or videos.
Havenberry Vintage will accept returns/exchanges on non-seasonal items and full price items up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. Please email us at info@havenberryvintage.com with the reason for the return and we will email you a return label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund. All items must be returned in new condition.
Please allow 5 -7 business days after we receive the returned item(s) for the refund to appear in your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to select countries. Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location, and any applicable customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
